I prototyped this travel plan in spare time due to the inspiration when making travel plans with my friends. I enjoy the experience when preparing the travel with a small bunch of friends, but it is not convenient by just talking, messaging, and documenting in paper or electrical copies.
people who love self-guided travel with friends. Suppose there is a group of 4 people planning their trip to Chengdu.
Scenario 1: all the group members are enthusiastic about proposing suggestions on hotel, restaurant, entertainment, tourist attractions and so on.
Requirement: need to gather together at a specific time, much communication, modifying the plan frequently.
Scenario 2: 1 or 2 members lead the travel strategy, others just follow the decided plan with little own thoughts.
Requirement: more engagement in travel plan. The leader needs showing their perfect plan and acceptance from their friends. Others can be clearer about the journey and can sometimes help organizing activities.
Users can create an account (or log in via WeChat) and add friends in this app. When planning a new travel, users can establish a group, invite friends to join in, share the plan, editing the plan together via cloud services, view the activities of editing or responses and so on. They don't need to set up a long meeting or sending messages back and forth. Just add an event, and wait for others' response, then the travel plan is managed clearly and efficiently.
Users can also choose to publish their travel plans, and also add events from others' plan into My Favorites for personal use.
